Panic - The long-term solution

Phase 1 of your panic eradication programme involves learning to manage the experience, to learn what works best for you in managing the experience and in regaining your confidence in your ability to manage your own thoughts and emotions.

As your Phase 1 steps begin to take effect it is prudent to start working on Phases 2 and 3.

Phase 2

Learn what having the experience tells you about your lifestyle and your methods of handling your own emotions.

Phase 3

Develop a really effective personal stress management programme.

(Both of these stages will be covered later).
