How we feel is usually our yardstick for our quality of life. Yet for many people this yardstick is something over which we believe we have no control.

We wake up in the morning and wonder what sort of day we’re going to have.

In this site our premise is that our feelings or emotions are primarily the result of how we use out minds and our bodies.

So having better ways of managing both our physical state and our thinking is the prerequisite for being more in charge of our own feelings.
