Maybe there's light at the end of the tunnel!

Comment: I have been struggling for so long - years in fact - with so many of the issues covered here, particularly 'anger',  I feel with this help, maybe there's light at the end of my tunnel!  Thank you so much! Mandy.

The central theme of the anger information on this website is that we can help ourselves - once we know how to go about it. 

And that it is when we put this information into action that we experience improvements - it is not enough to know about the 'mechanics' of our anger habit - we also have to do something about it - consistently on a daily basis and for some months.

So I wish you lots of persistence and strength!
